Affected population 120 children and young people in social exclusion
Antecedents the district number 5 (Zone the Guereo) and the 2 (Canada District) of the municipality of Sucre is the one that contains the greater amount of Poblation in social disadvantage, since in this district are migrante people, that is to say, the people who arrive from the poorest provinces where they live in depressing situations, that get to be based in the districts but moved away of the city and in many cases they do not count on potable water nor electrical energy. In these districts the drugs, the alcohol, the youthful infections of sexual transmission, abortion, gangs and the youthful delinquency are easy ways of life that they end at the social exclusion.
